 Life happens, we get it! but we ask you to cancel within the 12 hours leading up to your appointment(s).

If you do not show up or you cancel last minute (without rebooking) a balance of 50% of your appointment will be owed upon rebooking. 

We are self employed, so we ask you please consider this when you do not show up. 

We ask you to give us a heads up if you're running late. 

Our scheduling system gives us the ability to book back to back appointments so If you are running more than 10 minutes behind, we may need to reschedule.

As much as we can try to predict the weather and traffic, we all know how that can change!  We ask you arrive at the time of your scheduled appointment.

We always welcome children to accompany you at your appointment, guarantee some giggles and temporary tattoos!

As much as we love to play around, some of our services can require you to lay down for a long period of time. Please consider this when bringing little ones who will need to be patient throughout the appointment. 

 We hope you love our services; however, we are not always perfect! 

If you are dissatisfied with the service we have provided, please contact us as soon as possible. 

Any client under the age of 18 MUST be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian when booking ANY services.

We will ask the guardian to authorize the service being provided. 

The guardian is more than welcome to stay throughout the appointment.
